Hundreds turn out for Hotter'n Hell 5K

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Hundreds of people participated in the fund-raising run/walk for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network.

It took place from 7 .am. to 12 p.m. Saturday at Victor Ashe Park.

The race began at the flag pole in front of the pavilion then quickly moves onto the greenway and finished in the parking lot beside the soccer fields.

An award ceremony was held after the race.

The American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network is a nonprofit, nonpartisan advocacy affiliate of the American Cancer.
