Husband of Ark. native denies role in her death

JONESBORO, Ark. The estranged husband of an Arkansas woman found dead in Tennessee denies any role in her death -- nearly two years after her body was found.

David Swift says he had nothing to do with the death of his wife Karen and is fully cooperating with police.

Karen Swift disappeared Oct. 30, 2011, from her home near Dyersburg, Tenn. Her body was found Dec. 10, 2011, in a cemetery in Dyer County. A cause of death has not been released.

She had filed for divorce from Swift - but the couple still lived together and police say David Swift is the last known person to have seen his wife.

The Swifts were graduates of Walnut Ridge High School and lived in Pocahontas before moving to Tennessee.
