KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Infantino is recalling the teething toy "Go Gaga Squeeze and Teethe: Coco the Monkey" for a choking hazard.
Consumers should stop using this product immediately. The tail of the monkey can pose a choking hazard to young children. Although the firm has gotten seven reports of infants choking or gagging on the tail, no injuries have been reported.
It's made of orange rubber, shaped like a monkey and squeaks.
“Infantino” is marked on the back toward the rear and model number 206-647 is marked on the inside of the rear left leg. The toys were sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide and online from December 2012 through January 2014 for about $13.
If you purchased one of these teething monkeys, call Infantino toll-free at (888) 808-3111 or click the link to the right to go to "recall information" for Infantino products.
