KUB workers find body when responding to outage

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Utility workers were on their way to fix a power outage in north west Knoxville when they found a dead man inside a car early Friday morning.

His body was discovered near the intersection of Oak Ridge Hwy. and Ball Rd. around 2:00 a.m. Police have not released any details about who the driver is or how he died.
