KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knox Co. voters now have another way to find election night returns. The county's IT dept. on Monday unveiled its new iPad app.

The app, which is available for free, promises to deliver live election returns right to the user's iPad.

“Our IT department did a great job developing this app,” said Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett. “With more and more people on the go and using these sorts of devices, developing this app just made sense.”

You can download the iPad app for free straight from Apple's App Store. Just search for Knox County Tennessee Election Results.

“We’re always seeking new ways to promote the electoral process,” said Knox County Administrator of Elections Cliff Rodgers. “I appreciate the Knox County IT Department developing this iPad app for folks to view the results more easily on election night.”

Live election results are still available on mobile and desktop devices by visiting
