Barbourville, KY. – A Knox county, KY woman is charged with murder after police found a man shot to death inside a home.
Kentucky State Police responded to a shooting at 936 J Goodin Branch Rd in Barbourville shortly after midnight Tuesday. KSP troopers along with deputies found a man shot inside the house.
An initial investigation revealed the owner of the house had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The body has been sent to the state medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.
Charlene Sue King, 49, from Barbourville, the care giver of the victim has been charged with one count of murder and is lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
