GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A man is dead after a fire destroyed a mobile home in East Tennessee.
Mosheim Volunteer Fire chief Harold Williamson told The Greeneville Sun that two people passing by the residence early Saturday morning saw flames and called authorities. Williamson said by the time firefighters arrive, the mobile home "has already been fully involved and was on the ground."
He said the man who died was alone in the residence. His name wasn't released.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
