KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A man accused of raping and impregnating a 12 year-old girl will learn his fate on Monday after being found guilty of Aggravated Sexual Battery and Rape of a Child on Thursday. Andres Andres Francisco is currently being held without bond until he is sentenced.
The original arrest warrant alleged Francisco had sex with the victim, who lived in the same home at the time, multiple times between October and December of 2010. In August of 2011, tests revealed the girl, who had turned 13, was pregnant. On the same day as the test, authorities said they questioned Francisco and he admitted to another incident in May of 2010.
Francisco had been deported as recently as February 2011, following a DUI arrest in December 2010.
