KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Meteorologist Mike Simon took off his weatherman outfit, to reveal his Halloween costume on Wednesday.
Underneath that three piece suit, Simon was hiding a green body suit! It allowed him to be "invisible" while doing the weather against the green screen.
