POWELL, Tenn. (WVLT) -- As a way to promote sobriety and safety on prom night, Rural/Metro is working with Powell High School to simulate a mock crash on Tuesday.
The mock crash will simulate an accident - complete with victims, ambulances and rescue workers.
It begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Powell High School parking lot, just as students are settling into class.
Rural/Metro and Powell High School will also provide safe driving education.
