MADISONVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Monroe Co. inmate is reportedly on the loose after driving off from a work site Tuesday afternoon.
Ricky Gennoe, who had trustee status, was at the work site on Hiwassee Road, in Madisionville when he stole a silver 2003 Toyota Tacoma around 1:00 p.m., according to county officials.
Gennoe, 36, stands 6'3" and weigns around 250 lbs. Officials noted he is not charged with any crimes against people and his entire criminal history involves property crime.
The Tacoma truck has Tennessee tags 921RKL and a sticker in the back window that reads, "In Memory of Larry Booher."
