KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A little booty shakin, a little joke tellin, a little modeling helped make Goodwill more than $7,000 richer.
WVLT's own Justin Daugherty worked the stage in the Mr. Knoxville competition Thursday night!
He was joined on stage by some familiar faces: Lauren Davis, Erin Barnett, Sharee Gilbert, Hilary Magacs, Casey Wheeless and producer Jessica Guidry helped him win second place in the beauty pageant spoof.
But it wasn't enough. A man by the name of Johnny Lane won after strutting his stuff in a women's gown from Goodwill.
It's was night of fun but for a serious cause.
"Our mission is to provide vocational and employment services with people with disabilities for people in the Knoxville industries, back into our programs," Goodwill representative Adrienne Hendon told us.
Six community members were nominated to go head to head in the 19th "Mr. Knoxville" competition.
