NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A Nashville television reporter has been shot and wounded in a robbery at an ATM.
WZTV-TV reported Erika Lathon was using a banking machine near the city's downtown around midnight when a man with a gun approached her car and demanded money.
Police said Lathon gave the robber the money, but he then shot her in the arm and ran away.
Lathon was able to drive herself to Baptist Hospital a few blocks away, where she was treated for the gunshot and later released.
Police are reviewing surveillance video from the bank.
Lathon has worked for the Nashville Fox affiliate since 2000.
