HARDIN VALLEY, Tenn (WVLT) -- Hardin valley folks are getting some new neighbors, thanks to a 28 million dollar project.
Developers Mike Murphy, Paul Murphy Ed Campbell and Darby Campbell along with local officials broke ground on the Preserve at Hardin Valley this morning.
The 32 acre site is adjacent to Pellissippi State Community College.
It's expected to be the largest apartment complex in Knox County with 296 units when it opens next summer.
The Preserve at Hardin Valley will also have a pool, an outdoor entertaining area with grilling stations, a fitness center, game room and a cybercafe.
