The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has executed several search warrants in the case of Holly Bobo, a missing nursing student who disappeared from her family

Holly Bobo is shown in this undated photo provided by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Authorities are now looking at the possibility that Bobo, a 20-year-old missing woman from Decatur County, may have been abducted in a home invasion. Bobo was last seen Wednesday morning, April 6, 2011, by a relative who says she was being dragged across the carport of her home toward a wooded area by a man wearing camouflage.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said they have executed several search warrants in the case of Holly Bobo, a missing nursing student who disappeared from her family's home in Parsons in April of 2011.

On Friday morning, the TBI said they executed the warrants simultaneously at various locations. No other details, including locations, were released; however, sources said the TBI is searching a property off exit 126 on I-40 toward Parsons.

The TBI would not say what prompted the search warrants or what agents hoped to find almost three years after Bobo disappeared.

"To say we have a suspect in this case would be premature. We have been working leads on this case which led to the search warrant executions," TBI Executive Officer Illana T. Tate said in an email statement.

Holly Bobo was last seen at her family's home in Decatur County on April 13, 2011, when her brother Clint told authorities he saw a man in hunting clothes leading the 20-year-old into the woods around the family home.

The search has reached far outside the small towns of West Tennessee. Fliers and cards with Bobo's picture and description can still be found throughout Tennessee and in neighboring states. Truckers with cross-country routes have affixed decals with Bobo's picture on them on their vehicles.

A prayer service is planned for Saturday at Corinth Baptist Church from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Anyone with information about Holly's case is urged to call 1-800-TBI-FIND. A $250,000 reward is being offered in the case.

A spokeswoman said multiple search warrants were executed simultaneously in different locations on Friday. Bobo's brother told police he saw a man wearing camouflage leading his sister into the woods outside the family's rural west Tennessee home before she disappeared.
