One arrested, one at large after manhunt in North Knox County

KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knox County Sheriff's Office is trying to find a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Buddy Ray Siler, 31, is wanted out of Rhea County for failure to appear for possession of a weapon.

Dozens of officers spent about an hour Friday afternoon trying to find Siler in North Knox County on Gaines Road. He was not located.

Officers did take Anastasia Nicole Bryant, 30, into custody in the 4200 block of Gaines Road for an outstanding warrant for failure to obey court orders out of juvenile court.

Sheriff's deputies say Siler is most likely not in the area.

Siler is a white male, 5’7” and 160 pounds with green eyes, brown hair, a tattoo of the sun on his upper back, and a tribal tattoo on his lower back. Anyone with information is asked to contact the KCSO at (865) 215-2243.
