One man killed in rush hour wreck on I-75 interchange

CLINTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A 32 year-old Oneida man was killed Thursday morning when his car was t-boned by another vehicle during rush hour Friday morning.

According to Clinton Police, Christopher Strunk died as a result of injuries sustained in the wreck. The driver of the car, who was not identified was taken to UT Medical Center.

Preliminary reports indicate Strunk's car was hit on N. Charles G. Seviers Bld. at the northbound entrance to I-75.

"At this point, it’s too early to release additional information regarding any charges that may, or may not, be filed,” said Police Chief Rick Scarbrough added.
