PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Parents of a 3 year old child have been arrested after bruises were found on the child.
Pigeon Forge Police arrested Owen Brown, 21, and his wife Catelyn Brown, 24, after the defendants mom called police to report a bruised left arm.
The grandmother, who babysits for her son and his wife, showed texts from the defendant, Catelyn, that Owen, had struck the child. The warrant goes on to show that Catelyn told officers that Owen had struck the child in the past and left marks on his head.
