KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Knox Co. Sheriffs Office is trying to track down the woman they say robbed a local pizzeria late Tuesday night and says she may be responsible for several other robberies.
Authorities said the woman walked into Marco's Pizza shortly before 10:40 p.m. Tuesday night and pointed a gun at the cashier, demanding money. She took an undisclosed amount of money and took off.
They think she had previously robbed two Walgreens in the two days prior.
The Sheriff's Dept. described her as a white woman, in her 20's, with a small frame. She is between 5' and 5'5" and weighs anywhere from 110-115lbs. In the Marco's robbery she wore an over-sized, turquoise sweatshirt and jeans with decorated back pockets. She may have been wearing a shorter, wavy, dirty blonde wig and a straw fedora hat.
She has been known to use makeup, hats and baggy clothes to hide her identity.
She has carried a gun for each robbery.
