Police arrest couple in Sevier County

WEARS VALLEY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A couple found residing at a Wears Valley campground was arrested for being fugitives from Alabama.

The Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force announced the arrest of Fabienne and James Mayhall at the Cove Creek Campground on outstanding warrants in Alabama.

The charges against them were later dismissed except for simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
