Police looking for missing Roane County toddler

KINGSTON, Tenn (WVLT) -- Roane County deputies are searching for a missing three year old, after they say his mother took him.

Frank Williams Qualls was last seen two weeks ago with his non-custodial mother, Amy Barber-McDonough. Deputies say Barber-McDonough never showed up to court on that day. A warrant is out for her arrest.

They may be in the Knoxville area, traveling in a 1997 Toyota Camry with orange and black trim with TN tag D6604s.

Barber-McDonough has black hair and green eyes. She is 5'5" tall and weighs 140 lbs.

If you've seen either of them, call the TBI or the Roane County Sheriff's Office.
