KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Knoxville Police Dept. identified the man whose body was found near railroad tracks on Sunday as 53 year-old Charles Sherman Richards.
An initial examination of the body of a man found dead on Mimosa Ave. Sunday afternoon revealed "no obvious signs of foul play," according to Knoxville Police spokesperson Darrell DeBusk.
The preliminary results of the autopsy indicated he died as the result of a medical condition.
The body was found along a concrete tunnel that stretched over the railroad tracks around 2:30 p.m., police said.
