Powell man arrested for shooting brother

CLINTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Powell man now stands accused of shooting his brother at their mother's home in Claxton last week, according to the Anderson Co. Sheriff's Dept.

Jamie Lynn Lowe was picked up on Wednesday at a home in Claxton on a Fugitive from Justice warrant issued for violating his parole in Michigan.

Lowe is being held at the Anderson Co. Detention Facility. While bond was set at $150,000 for the new charges, the fugitive warrant means he's being held without bond.

Lowe was paroled in Michigan after a Meth related conviction in 2008.

Investigators will not give a motive for the shooting.
