BEAN STATION, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Bean Station residents are gathering Friday night to pray for the families of those dealing with the shooting of 4 people on Thursday at a town pharmacy.
Police say 37-year old Jason Holt robbed a large amount of pills from the Down Home Pharmacy and shot four people.
The shooting killed pharmacy owner Stephen Lovell and customer Richard Alexander Sommerville. Two other women inside were injured.
Kristen York, a family friend, has planned a service at the Bean Station Town Hall at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
"You become a family, everyone of us, we adopt one another as relatives, our friends are like our sisters," said York. "We're all heartbroken, every one of us are heartbroken because we're a town of 2800 people an there's not a person this tragedy hasn't touched."
York says the service will be lead by 3 pastors from the community, a non-denominational service that will provide people a place to stop and find comfort.
