CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - Crossville Police have identified a set of remains found in October in Cumberland Mountain State Park as Dalburn Franklin of Crestview, Florida.

Major Mark Rosser said that they found the phone number of Franklin's son in a personal electronic organizer.

Franklin's son told investigators his father had been missing for seven years.
