Remote Area Medical is back in town for its 700th expedition in Blount County this weekend.
The free clinic going on at heritage high school in Maryville. Hundreds waited in line all night Friday because the clinic operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
The doors open at 6, for patients who will recieve dental cleanings, fillings and extractions, vision exams, medical consultation and women's health exams.
The clinic is designed to help those who cant afford regular health care.
The clinic will open again Sunday at six a-m
at Heritage High School in Maryville. Parking is free and the whole thing is open to the public.
