SEVIERVILLE, Tenn (WVLT)-- A rental cabin goes up in flames early Saturday morning.
Pigeon Forge Fire Department was dispatched to a stucture fire in the 1300 block of Iris Court, just before 2:15 Saturday morning. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a rental cabin fully involved.
The cabin had two occupants that were able to escape with no injuries. They were visting from out of state and had rented the cabin for the weekend.
According the Pigeon Forge Fire Department Fire Chief Tony L. Watson, the rental cabin is a total loss.
The fire is under investigation.
