KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Sevier County man has been charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after an undercover investigation led officers to his home near Price Way in Sevierville.
Lee Harold Arwood, 62, has been charged with possession of marijuana for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. During a search, officers found approximately three and a half pounds of marijuana and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Arwood also faced similar charges back in July; he was free on bond from that previous arrest and on community corrections with TDOC when he was taken into custody today.
Arwood was araigned before a magistrate and a $200,000 bond has been set; a preliminary hearing date will be set.
