SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Smoky Mountain Celebration is giving away over $150,000 in prizes for the third year in a row to benefit Sevier County high school sports and other participating nonprofit agencies.
Organizers are giving away a truck, a car, and dozens of other prizes to help raise money.
The group is selling 3,000 tickets at $100 each to raise money for Sevier County High School scholarships, Cure Finders, Douglas Cooperative, Safe Harbor, Rotary, Seymour Volunteer FIre Department and the Sevier County Fair.
"It's pretty good, way way better odds than any lottery or raffle. We've got 25 prizes and the smallest is a $1000 gift card," said Leonard Waring with Smoky Mountain Celebration.
The prize giveaway will happen on Saturday September 20. Gates open at 11 a.m. and prize drawings begin every 5 minutes at 1 p.m.
Guest tickets are available for $20/adult and $10/children but are not eligible for prize drawings.
Tickets are available until they're sold out. To buy a ticket now, visit smokymountaincelebration.com.
