Skip the lines when renewing or replacing a driver's license

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Getting a driver's license renewed can be a pain, but the penalty for not doing so is even worse.

Earlier this year, self-service kiosks opened statewide to allow drivers to renew or replace their licenses and state identification cards without the lines or wait times.

In Knoxville, kiosks can be found in the West Knoxville AAA Office at 110 Capital Drive and the Strawberry Plains driver's license center at 7320 Region Lane.
