Josiah Samuel Jones
HUNTSVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The man accused of killing the director of a Scott Co. homeless shelter pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree murder and possession of a firearm and was appointed a public defender.
Prosecutors said Josiah Samuel Jones shot and killed Gerald Voiles back in May. Jones fled to Alabama where he was later arrested.
