ROGERSVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A cold case cracked wide open Wednesday, putting a local man at the top of the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list.
James Hall, Lisa Harr, who's also the victim's ex-wife, and Randy Harr face charges of murder, burglary, arson, and holding up a police investigation. Randy Harr is at the top of the Most Wanted list.
The case opened in March when neighbors found 36 year-old Christopher Varalli shot to death inside of his burning home. Detectives said his home was set on fire to cover up the crime.
James Hall was in custody on Wednesday, but police were still searching for Randy and Lisa Hall, who they said were likely on the East Coast.
The Sheriff's Department said other people could face charges in connection with the case.
