KINGSTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is treating the death of a man whose body was found in Roane Co. as homicide.
Acting on a tip, an agent found Russell Blevins' body at 138 Hart Orchard Road in Kingston on Sunday.
A TBI spokesperson was not able to give a cause of death, but said an autopsy was scheduled for Monday
