TDOT: More blasting brings big delays on I-75 again next week

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Rolling roadblocks will cause more "significant delays" on I-75 in Campbell Co. next week, according to TDOT. They're warning drivers to stay alert for sudden slowed or stopped traffic.

The road blocks will be in effect Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., TDOT said. They'll run between Mile Marker 141 and 157 for northbound drivers and from Mile Marker 11 in Kentucky to Mile Marker 157 for southbound traffic.

The rolling roadblocks will allow crews to perform operations at the rock fall and slope stabilization project near Jellico.
