Teen dies in Harlan County, KY ATV crash

DAYHOIT, Kentucky (WVLT) -- An Harlan County, Kentucky teenager died in an ATV wreck Friday evening.

Kentucky State Police say 18-year-old James Bryan Parker was killed when he lost control control of his ATV and went over an embankment, causing the vehicle to flip.

EMS took him to the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead. Troopers say he was not wearing a helmet and the investigation will continue.

    I know this family and am very disturbed by your comment, Bob. I do not know this young man but I do know he was loved. Youth do not always use their intelligence. This is not appropriate here. Speaking of stupid..who would comment on a death in this manner.

    We loose so many too young. By the way, the sentence should say A not An as no vowel begins with H.

    sorry for this death. totally preventable. people are not listening to manufactors. but it will help the gene pool by thining out the ranks of of stupid ones.
