Where there are more pauses in the rain, totals will be closer to 2 inches but some will receive at least 4 inches of rainfall total. Creeks and streams run high and areas with poor runoff could face flooding problems. Busy commute hours could face more slowdowns, with fog and standing water on roads as well.

Stan Gibert, Communications Director for the Red Cross says, "The latest one released is the tornado app which is perfect for this time of the year. It has an alarm in it where if a tornado comes, it can wake you up in the middle of the night.
Before a tornado comes, there are a lot of ways that you can become more prepared. The app will walk you through different preparedness tips and technics that will get you ready."
