Traveling tips for moms-to-be and newborns

Vacation season is here and if you are a mom-to-be or plan to travel with your newborn, there are some ways to make the trip easier.

Here's some information from mom and blogger, Christina Connally.

- Prenatal vitamins and supplements: Vitamins are important for any trip as the long hours nad new environments can wear on your energy and immune system.

- Water: It's important to stay hydrated. This will also help fight fatigue.

- Play Bouncers: keeping your baby entertained with fun toys, the bouncer is great for traveling and keeping your baby safe and occupied.

- Hope Paige alert bracelets: The bands are perfect for moms-to-be and kids. The bracelets come engraved with your name and contact information in case of an emergency.
