UT's Pi Kappa Alpha shuts it's doors

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)- Sunday was the final day for the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity's chapter on the University of Tennessee's campus.
Members had until 5 p.m. to get out.

Our crew saw members packing up their belongings, including clothes and furniture around a few hours before the deadline. But a member told us that by then most of those living there had moved on.

That fraternity member wouldn't go on camera, but told us that it's a sad day for the fraternity. He's says he's moving into a dorm.

The chapter is suspended until at least 2014. The suspension takes place just weeks after an alcohol abuse scandal broke. That scandal includes claims by police that an alcohol enema was used to get drunk.

The student at the center of the investigation has denied that claim.
