KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Vols are not playing this weekend, but that doesn't mean there's nothing to do. Here are a few of the events your family may enjoy:

FOOTHILLS FALL FESTIVAL:
The city of Maryville is proud to announce the highly anticipated 2013 Foothills Fall Festival artist lineup! Multi-platinum country music superstars Rascal Flatts will headline the all-star Foothills Fall Festival. Other acts include Lynyrd Skynyrd, Kix Brooks, Tyler Farr, The Black Lillies, and more. The festival runs today through Sunday at Maryville's Theater in the park. It's three days of world class concerts, arts and crafts on 16 acres of land with fun for the whole family.

FOOD CITY FOOD SHOW:
The Food City Food Show returns to Knoxville Convention Center this weekend. There will be product sampling, tasty recipes, and exclusive money saving offers from more than 150 food vendors. Tickets are available at the door for $10. Children 12 and under are free. The Shows will be Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Knoxville Convention Center. You can also get recipes and cooking tips from celebrity chefs including our very own, Chef Walter.

THE BATTLE OF FORT SANDERS REENACTMENT:
If you love history than this is an event you won't want to miss The 150th anniversary of the Battle of Fort Sanders continues this weekend. Reenactments of the battle are planned for Saturday and Sunday. The reenactment will take place on a farm located just past 10008 Washington Pike in Corryton. The original fort disappeared in the early 1900s. It was near 17th street next to the University Of Tennessee Campus. Tickets are $8 for adults, children under 6 are free, and a family pass is $30 for the whole weekend.

MOVIES ON THE SQUARE:
If you want to catch a free movie, movies on Market Square is happening Friday Night. "Back To The Future" is this week's movie. Bring your lawn chair or blanket. The show starts at dusk.

KNOXVILLE TOY SHOW:
If you're still a kid at heart, the Knoxville Toy Show will be at the Civic Coliseum Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Admission is $3 and kids under 12 will get in for free.

KNOXVILLE BREWERS' JAM
If you're looking for more adult fun, check out the Knoxville Brewer's Jam in World's Fair Park. They'll be jammin' rain or shine! You can get tickets at Barley's in the Old City, Three Rivers Market, Vic's Beer Store and Cigar Shoppe, and the Market in Maryville.

OKTOBERFEST:
For an authentic place to celebrate Oktoberfest, there's one restaurant in town, that won't let you down. Linderholf in Farragut is the only German restaurant in Knox County. This year their bringing in more attractions, food, and live entertainment all to celebrate their new opening. Tickets are just $5 and can be applied both days. The event is Friday from 3:00 p.m. until midnight, and Saturday from noon until midnight.
