KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - Authorities identified the teen killed in a Sunday night wreck in west Knox Co.
Nineteen year-old Chandler Mackey was killed when his Volvo hit a metal utility pole on Ebenezer Road near Westland Drive around 7:30 p.m.
His 15 year-old passenger Stephen Brown was airlifted to UT Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.
Deputies believe speeding was a factor in the crash.
