You don't have to travel far for National Tourism Week

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Visit Knoxville encourages everyone to "Be a Tourist in Your Hometown" with events throughout the end of the year.

National Tourism Week gives you a chance to discover everything Knoxville has to offer including walking tours, driving tours, food tours, and a rich history.

Everything you need to discover Knoxville can be found at The Knoxville Visitor Center downtown on Gay Street. Also, there's a few new things at the center including a giant map with notes from people who have visited Knoxville from around the world.

Visit Knoxville will be out and about this week showing you what the city has to offer! They'll be at Market Square for the Farmer's Market on Wednesday and Saturday.
