Hwy 411 reopened, truck driver cited

Updated: 11/14/2008 - Highway 411 has been reopened at the Thompson Bridge after a 500 gallon propane tank fell off a flatbed truck that was hauling it, according to Greenback Fire Chief Ronnie Lett. The tank crashed onto the road on the Thompson Bridge over Tellico Lake and began leaking.
