NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added a Knoxville man wanted for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted list Wednesday.
Brandon Scott Donaldson, 22, is wanted by the Knoxville Police Department for one count of second degree murder and one count of attempted second degree murder.
According to police, Donaldson shot Marcia Crider, 19, on February 13 after an argument at a home on Porter Avenue. They said he opened fire as Crider and her mother were driving away. Crider was hit by gunfire and died shortly after at a nearby hospital. An autopsy revealed she was 10-13 weeks pregnant.
Donaldson is described as a black male with black hair, brown eyes and also goes by “L” or “Brandon Diggs.” He is 6’ tall and weighs approximately 180 lbs. Donaldson is considered armed and dangerous and should be approached with extreme caution.
