Toby Keith presents donation to hospital

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Country music star Toby Keith has presented a check for $500,000 to the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City for renovation of an oncology unit.

The money was raised by Ally's House, a charity Keith helped start four years ago to help children with cancer and their families.

Keith and some young people got the project going Wednesday by using sledgehammers against a wall that's being torn down to make way for the renovation.

The project will create a playroom, a family resource room, a room for infusion treatments and a palliative care area for treating patients at the end of their lives.

God bless you. It is time more people think of children and what they need.

I think that is really wonderful for Toby Keith to give all that money to help sick children. God will surely bless him for that. It will be great if other people that has money would do something like that.
