(CBS) -- The 911 call placed from Demi Moore's home Monday will be released, reports say. According to officials, the call will be edited to remove any personal information about her medical condition and medical history.

The city's attorney office has reviewed the tape and made recommendations on what should and should not be included when it is released, reports the Los Angeles Times.

On Monday, Moore was rushed to the hospital after she suffered an apparent seizure. According to TMZ a friend called paramedics after Moore had a bad reaction after inhaling nitrous oxide.

A rep for Moore said Tuesday that she is "seeking professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health."

The 49-year-old actress split from husband Ashton Kutcher in November. Sources close to the former couple told People that Moore's prescription drug use was a contributing factor in the end of their marriage.
