TETERBORO, N.J. (CBS) --- Justin Bieber's private plane is being held at New Jersey's Teterboro airport Friday after customs agents allegedly smelled marijuana on board, CBS New York reports.
Sources told the station that agents are currently interviewing the pop star.
Bieber, 19, was reportedly traveling in from Canada for the Super Bowl.
It hasn't been a good month for the "Boyfriend" singer. He was arrested Jan. 23 during what police describe as an illegal street drag race in Miami, Fla. In addition to driving under the influence, Bieber was charged with resisting arrest and having an invalid driver's license. He has pleaded not guilty. A preliminary toxicology report released Thursday showed that he tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax.
He was also charged with assault in Toronto this week for allegedly hitting a Toronto limousine driver several times in the back of the head last month, and remains under investigation for felony vandalism in California.
