MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Rascal Flatts tops the bill as Maryville rolls out an "all-star" lineup for this year's Foothills Fall Festival. The 14th annual event takes place Oct. 11-13 in the city's Theater in the Park.

“We are thrilled to have Rascal Flatts and all the other world-class artists performing in our town," said City Manager Greg McClain. "We strive to bring our community something extraordinary every year, and we feel like this may be our best one yet.”

Local stars The Black Lillies kick off the weekend on Friday, Oct. 11. The Americana group's latest album "Runaway Freeway Blues" debuted at #21 on the Billboard's Heat Seekers Chart and #43 on it's Top 200 Country Albums Chart. City leaders haven't said who will close the night.

Southern Rock-legends Lynyrd Skynyrd headline Saturday's festivities. Kix Brooks, one of the founding members of the supergroup Brooks and Dunn, emcees the day's events and hits the stage himself along with Andy Gibson, who wrote the #1 single "Don't You Want to Stay" for Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson.

Tylar Farr opens the final day, before Rascal Flatts hits the stage to close out the weekend.

City officials say the Foothills Fall Festival drive around 70,000 visitors into Downtown Maryville for the event, which also includes a juried arts and craft show and free music, activities, and demonstrations.
