NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Wynonna Judd will perform holiday songs for children with life-threatening medical conditions.
The event is part of Macy's "Believe" campaign in which the department store donates $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for each letter to Santa Claus that is mailed from one of its in-store letterboxes.
The foundation grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. Macy's has agreed to donate up to $1 million in this third year of the campaign.
Judd's Wednesday performance will take place at Nashville's Belle Meade Plantation. Santa will be there too before he flies off to the Nashville Macy's at the Green Hills Mall to greet children.
