Young Knoxville native opens her own business, Val's Boutique

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) --There's a new place in town for the latest in women's fashion and accessories. It's called Val's Boutique and the owner is a hometown girl.

Valerie Weissinger Guess attended Farragut High School and graduated in 1999. She then went to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and graduated in 2003. After moving to Nashville and selling clothes and accessories from her home she decided to move back to Knoxville and open her own store.

Valerie joined us on Volunteer TV Early to show some of her beautiful clothes and told us "I'm thrilled to join Knoxville's thriving small business community."

She also said, "I want women to have the full boutique experience: stylish clothing and accessories at affordable prices with the highest level of customer service. Bearden is the perfect location for my boutique because of its central location and proximity to eclectic dining and shopping options. I look forward to helping local women find the perfect outfit or statement piece for their everyday lives and special occasions."

Val's Boutique is located at 7309 Kingston Pike, Knoxville 37919. It is in the same shopping center as Ray's ESG and next to Tomo Sushi. Visit Facebook and look for Val's Boutique fan page to keep up with store hours and special deals.
