3 lbs of chicken breast
1 large container of Daisy Sour Cream
1 large can of cream of chicken
2 boxes of Stove Top Stuffing, chicken flavor
1 can of chicken broth


Boil chicken breast 20-25 minutes until it falls apart!

In large bowl mix 1 large container of sour cream with 1 large can of cream of chicken.

Prepare both boxes of stove top per box instructions.

After boiling chicken breast, shred chicken into small pieces. Take the time to shred it good. The better its shredded into small pieces the better it is!

Preheat oven to 375.

Line a 8x11 glass pan with the shredded chicken breast. Use all the chicken.

Next, pour half of the can of chicken broth over the chicken to add moisture back to the breast meat.

Pour all contents of the sour cream and cream of chicken which was mixed together previously over the chicken. Evenly cover the chicken.

Last, take the previously prepared stove tope and spread it evenly over the sour cream/cream of chicken mixture.

Cook for 45-55 minutes or until lightly brown, you will know its done when the sour cream mix is slowly bubbling on the edges.
